"Cashback payout takes forever"
I’ve been waiting for my cashback payout for what feels like weeks now — I think I requested it sometime last month, or maybe the end of the month before. Support hasn’t really helped much, they just keep telling me to wait. i don’t think I’ll be using Widilo again.

"Support took way too long"
I was already short on time, and dealing with support just made it more frustrating. I sent a few messages hoping for a quick answer, but the replies were slow and didn’t really help much when they finally came through. it felt like more hassle than it was worth.

I tried verifying my account on widilo.it because a friend had mentioned using it before, but my experience was frustrating. I uploaded all the documents they asked for and then just sat there waiting without any clear updates. When I reached out to support, the replies were slow and didn’t really help much. In the end, I still couldn’t use my account properly, which was really annoying. Maybe it goes smoother for other people, but for me it was a bad experience.

"Decent savings, but nothing wild"
I saved a bit of money using it, which was nice, but it wasn’t always a huge amount and sometimes it took a while. Not bad, just not super impressive.

To be fair, the place was easy enough to look around, but there really weren’t many stores to choose from. I was hoping for a bit more variety, so it felt limited overall.

"Pretty easy to use, just kinda slow sometimes"
I started using widilo.it mainly for cashback, and it was easy to get the hang of. The menus are clear, and I could find the shops I wanted without clicking around too much.
Keeping track of my purchases was also simple. I could see the status right in my account, so there wasn’t really anything confusing about it.
The only small thing is that some pages felt kinda slow at times. Still, overall it’s been a good experience and I’d keep using it

"I redeemed my cashback reward and it..."
I redeemed my cashback reward and it didn’t come through right away, which was a little annoying. It showed up after a few days though, so it worked out fine. Not instant, but okay.

"Cashback usually shows up fine"
I’ve used widilo.it a handful of times now. Not a ton, just here and there. Most of the cashback tracked without any issue, which was nice. There was one order that kind of took its time to appear… I thought maybe it had failed, but eventually it showed up. So yeah, not perfect-perfect, but it worked in the end. Good enough for me.
